Refund policy

At Nuardeo, every product is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@nuardeo.com.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted if production has not yet started.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer preference

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us at support@nuardeo.com.

We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate solution.
